A Personal Message from Annie Nolte-Henning
For the past six months, I have served as Interim Executive Director at Community Sponsorship Hub, where I’ve had the privilege to lead a growing team of experts, advocates and collaborators who inspire me daily with their unwavering dedication, resilience, and compassion that define the Community Sponsorship Hub. It is with great pride and gratitude that I share my role has evolved from interim to permanent Executive Director, and I am excited to continue this work alongside Jeremy Haldeman and Basma Alawee.
At CSH, our collaborations—with local communities, government stakeholders, and organizations committed to the protection of refugees and newcomers—reflect our belief that there is a role for everyone in community sponsorship. These partnerships have not only expanded our reach but also amplified CSH’s ability to change the way resettlement occurs in the United States.
Thank you for being a part of this critical work. Together, we are building a movement that ensures refugees and newcomers have access to the resources and social capital they need to thrive. Let’s continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who seek refuge and opportunity and empower more welcomers in every community.
